Privacy Policy

The privacy policy covers how you handle the information of your students, parents, clients and web users. The privacy policy can be found in the footer of your website.

Sections within the policy include:

  • What is personal data?
  • What are my rights (as a user)?
  • What data do we collect?
  • How do you use my personal data?
  • How long will you keep my personal data?
  • Do you share my personal data?
  • How can I control my personal data?
  • Can I withhold information?
  • How can I access my personal data?

  • Changes to this privacy policy

Adding your own Privacy Policy

If you wish to have a different privacy policy, you are able to add your own and overwrite the default policy.

  1. Log in to your Control Centre and select the Content tab.
  2. Once expanded, select Content Holders.
  3. Find the Privacy Policy content holder and click on the name.
  4. Select the Edit Holder button.
  5. Add in your content and apply any necessary styling using the toolbar menu, this includes inserting any hyperlinks, documents or images.
  6. Once you have saved the Content Holder, you will be able to view the changes on your website.
