Schoolstream has joined the Schoolzine family
What's happening
Schoolzine is pleased to welcome Schoolstream to the family. After 13 years of serving Aussie schools side by side, Schoolstream is now apart of Schoolzine operations and we’ll be supporting the tech, product and most importantly the schools using it!
What does this mean for Schools?
There is no immediate change and we don’t anticipate any interruption to how you communicate with parents. Just keep doing what you are already doing and its unlikely you’ll notice any immediate change. Here are a few points to note which might help answer questions:
- Support:
- Schoolzine’s famous support staff will be supporting the Schoolstream product
- You can reach us through either Schoolstream or Schoolzine’s support channels
- Billing:
- Invoices and will come from Schoolzine Pty Ltd
- There is no change to pricing in the near future
- Schools may be eligible for discounts if they bundle existing Schoolzine products together
- If you’ve recently paid your invoice – Schoolzine will deliver the service until your next invoicing period
- Tech:
- Schoolzine’s tech team is working in concert with Schoolstream’s providers for handover
- There is full coverage for outages during this transition period
- We’ll be keen to hear what features and improvements you’d like to Schoolstream so we can build them for you
- Legal:
- Schoolzine is responsible for the operation and delivery of services to its users. Schools are bound by the same terms and conditions with Schoolzine as they were with Schoolstream Pty Ltd
