With any of our Schoolzine Packages, you gain access to our Unlimited Support Services. The Support Team are equipped to handle any requests you might have regarding your Schoolzine Control Centre and its Features.
Some examples of items our Support Team can assist you with include, but are not limited to:
- General questions regarding how to use or get the most out of your Schoolzine Feature
- Wanting to organise a training session for you or a colleague
- Questions around how to best format your Online Newsletter
- Provide assistance around how to get the most out of your DIY Newsletter
- Troubleshooting items for the Schoolzine Website
- Information on Schoolzine Website Updates or Assistance
- Updates to your Newsletter Header Design
- CSS changes to your account such as colours to headings, navigation buttons, etc
- Assistance with the Initial Design Setup Process such as photos, logos, etc
